Our teens are learning how to maneuver into this crazy world.  We at Cross and Crown want to help provide a safe space to explore what it means to be a teen in God's world.  

Confirmation Instruction
7th and 8th Graders

Cross and Crown offers classes for our 7th and 8th graders on biblical principals, Luther's Small Catechism and discussion on what the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) is.  We celebrate the affirmation of these youth's baptism on Reformation Sunday during the 9th grade year.  

Volunteer Opportunities

One of the requirements of most high schools and some middle schools are a volunteer component.  Here at Cross and Crown we have a number of ways your youth can help out others.  Service hours are available.

  • work at NOAH -- the local food pantry on our campus; distribution is Wednesdays 4-6 PM
  • volunteer for Vacation Bible School during the summer 
  • volunteer at a number of youth functions for our Kid's Club program
Middle School Youth Events

We offer quarterly fellowship events for our middle school students.  Past activities have included trips to Scandia, Rebounderz, and Snoopy's Ice Rink.  Drivers and chaffaufers are always needed.
